I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication from this tax preparation office. They were responsive and helpful at the beginning when I was filing my taxes, but once the filing was done, it became almost impossible to get any follow-up support. I’ve sent multiple emails and tried calling several times with important questions, but I haven’t received any response. No one answers the phone, and emails go completely ignored.
