Recently purchased pool table and from the salesperson Mr. Bardol to the two guys who delivered and set up the table ( Thor and Billy), everything went perfect. Highly recommend.
After shopping around at other billiard stores, we ultimately chose Universal Billiards for their great service, several customizable options, competitive price, quality guaranteed products and warranty and the comfort of knowing they’ve been around since 1995. The sales team was super nice and delivery of our table only took a couple of days! The delivery crew, Billy and Thor were on time, professional, very careful with unloading the table and hauling it upstairs to our game room. Great experience all around!
