Hopper, Bear, and Billy all have been great with removing my pool table. (Billy with sales was the one to set everything up). Hopper and Bear were very careful removing the pool table down my house stairs. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to help me out! Billy also made sure that everything was what I wanted, too. Thanks, guys!
Awesome experience dealing with everybody at Universal Billiards. The customer service displayed by Michael Smith was top notch; way above and beyond. He is more than a sales man, he makes sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Everything was top notch from scheduling to delivery and set up. Sam is the man for delivery and set up. I was very pleased with purchasing an 8-foot pool table from Nicole, the store manager. She was extremely helpful, kind, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The installers, Frodo and Evan, were also fantastic. They arrived on time, were very friendly, and answered all of my questions and concerns.
