This is my second review and this one is about the delivery and install of a pool table. The team of Hopper & Even were professional, efficient, and meticulous with the setup. They handled the slate and felt with great care and made sure the table was perfectly leveled. Best of all, they cleaned up every scrap of packaging and debris. I got the absolute best customer service from Justin Hershberger at the Frisco store. He patiently walked me through every detail of choosing the right pool table and the pros and cons of each selection. He was not rushing me for aa quick sale, instead he spent quite a bit of time via phone and email over next several days reviewing options to ensure I made the best, smartest choice for our game room and personal needs.
