I needed the bumper cushions replaced on my 20+ year old A.E. Schmidt table as well as a re-assemble as part of a move. Professional, quality work on everything they did. Trey and Will came out to do the assembly and did a great job. Definitely will do business with them again!

IMHO, this is the only place to purchase from in DFW. We looked around at several places before we met Michael and he was fantastic. It took us a few months to buy since we were in the middle of a renovation, but he was super patient and was ready to go as soon as we were. We loved working with him. Greg was very helpful in the showroom. After telling him our style and budget, he was fast to show us a few pool table options. We visited another billards store and found that Universal had much more reasonable prices. After purchasing, the delivery was scheduled just a few days later (they must have good stock). Trey and Will were great with the delivery process. My husband and I are very happy with our experience!
