The overall experience was nothing short of excellent. My salesperson, Justin, was patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to show everything about the table and he explained the installation process in detail. Hopper and Goose, the installation team, were very professional. The table looked great when finished. And they didn’t complain about having to take upstairs.
Justin and his team were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They came out to reassemble and level our pool table after a cross-country move, and they did an excellent job. We truly appreciated their professionalism and great customer service. I would highly recommend Universal Billiards to anyone needing pool table services!
