I made my first shopping trip to Universal Billiards, about 4-5 weeks ago and met Justin at the Frisco store. he very Kindly spent quite a bit of time looking at a number of table choices and offer to meet me the next day at the larger warehouse store, where he again spent a great deal of time showing me various choices. This is my second review and this one is about the delivery and install of a pool table. The team of Hopper & Even were professional, efficient, and meticulous with the setup. They handled the slate and felt with great care and made sure the table was perfectly leveled. Best of all, they cleaned up every scrap of packaging and debris. A flawless experience from start to finish
