We bought Colt II Rustic Pool table from Universal Billiards in frisco. Justin Hershberger helped us pick the right table and helped us through out the journey. He is amazing and has in-depth knowledge of all product. Highly recommend him. we just had our installation and setup done by Frodo and Even. Frodo (aka technician John) and Squirrel (aka technician David) assembled an Olhausen billiard table in our home after our recent move to McKinney. Both men were polite, courteous and very professional. My wife and I were very impressed with the amount of skill Frodo displayed while leveling the table. Frodo also surprised us with his bees wax melting technique to level the the three slate table pieces for a perfect ball roll once the felt was installed. The overall experience was nothing short of excellent. My salesperson, Justin, was patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to show everything about the table and he explained the installation process in detail. Hopper and Goose, the installation team, were very professional. The table looked great when finished. And they didn’t complain about having to take upstairs.
