Had a pointless experience with Lennar Mortgage. The lady we talked to was rude and codescending towards us. She offered no solution or help, despite us getting approved with two other lenders. Did a HARD credit check only to tell two people with great credit we should kick rocks within 30 minutes of applying. We loved the home we saw and it really sucks to have to find another home.

The unproffessionalism and remarks that we had to endure is unacceptable.
Lennar was very professional, responsive, and truly went out of their way to make the experience as seamless as possible! Kendall was very honest and reassuring, and Jessica was outstanding as well!
