I’m disappointed in this place They send me a notice in my mail telling me I owe $137.00 and would not tell me what charges was on my account. I never made any purchases anywhere nor online and my electric company and spectrum told me they never charged that account of mine. My other bank account there were charges from someone who hacked my account wasn’t even my fault and now Credit Union is doing the same thing to me! Amazing bank with an awesome friendly knowable staff highly recommend
Have been with them for decades but finally the mistakes are unbearable. The branch on Springboro Pike is a train wreck. Always making mistakes when doing CD's or money market accounts. Have to go back and try and get things fixed over and over again. Update: Just went back into the branch and tried to get the issues fixed. The teller named Michelle treat ed me like I was and idiot and all the issues were mine. Kept me standing there for 5 minutes and then finally looks up from her screen and says our manager will look into ... read more
