Erving Thomas, provided exceptional service getting me started back to building my credit n was very informational. The Austin park branch has excellent service from all staff.
Mr Erving Thomas helped me set up an estate account. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He was able to answer all of my questions. Would definitely recommend Miamisburg branch.
I have bank with U1 for nearly 20 years. Started working with this branch when they were in tge Dayton Mall. They have always excelled until roughly a year ago. At this point the drive through is all but pointless. The wait time are extreme and the service has gone down hill dramatically. I miss how things were. What does U1 have to do to return to great service again before I seek another credit union?
Update: My wifevwent back into this bsnk today and they still haven't fixed this .The bsnk manager was rude and visibly upset with her ..This car was paid off in 2017 by her grandma and they failed to removed the lien .So not only incompetent but unprofessional and rude .. My wife came there to get a lien taken off of a car title from a car that has been paid off for years ,because they neglected to take care of it for her grandma..She brought in the original power of attorney and they refused to honor it..
