This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. If you are wanting to get a loan through them, do not. Anytime I call about my loan I am greeted with attitude. Completely talked over, belittled, everything. Even my daughter.
They have thee worst customer service. I regret ever opening an account here. They don’t respond on email. They are not helpful. It takes WEEKS or even a month to receive a new card. Imagine having to go that long with no card. This has happened to me twice and not one person is held accountable. This is a bank/credit union and they are terrible.
