Worst financial institution ever! They cancelled my debit card with no notification. The nearest Universal One Credit Union is probably fifty to a hundred miles away from me since they got rid of their local branches, so I have no access to my money whatsoever perhaps I should note that I am disabled and spend most of my time in bed because of my injury.. This is life threatening and is unacceptable! this is not the first time they have done something like this. Nobody authorized them to cancel my card and send me a new one.... read more
poor service..rude people that work there won't ever go back
I had a rude in counter with one of the tellers today. She was sitting near the window first booth. Since I suffer from M.S I have to repeat myself when asking a question. She decided to be rude so I raise my voice and cussed. I don't care. I'm sorry I'm trying v to explain why I'm asking again and u want to be disrespectful toward me. Really.
