Terrible security protocol my wife and I established a security protocol requiring tellers to ask for a password before any type of transaction could be made the tellers failed to request the password 4 times within a short period of time after the protocol was in place you can't trust the security protocols of this credit union it happened 2 times at the vandalia branch and 2 times at the river park branch they say they take member service seriously!! We've been with them for yrs we are seriously thinking of closing the acc... read more
