I had a fairly unique set of circumstances recently as a Realtor/ non member that required the assistance of the Manager Taylor, she was under no obligation to assist whatsoever but did so graciously! She was kind, professional and incredibly accommodating. I would recommend this bank to anyone of my clients!
ATM always down
This place is a joke of a place, just turned down a 1178.00 dollar credit card payment(yes refused) because of a negative savings account of -10.00 that they created because of their service fees. Been with this credit union since 2000 and now they are doing this. Manager is a bigger joke. Sad they do this to accounts older than the person making this decision.
