Office staff pleasant & accomadating for making appointments. Clinic clean Therapist personable and professional. Pleased with exercises & overall experience. Recommend Justin & this Clinic.
I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and prompt. The front desk staff were always polite and nice. I was able to schedule with the same physical therapist, Justin Plum. He knew immediately what was causing my pain, and had me doing the right exercises immediately. Within a week, I was already feeling less pain. Would highly recommend!
I usually have gone to mercy my whole life but they weren’t open and you were. I had broken my toe and drove myself in. Security met me with a wheel chair, staff immediately got to me and didn’t waste time getting too much information until after. They were so attentive and friendly. I haven’t had that easy of medical visit in decades! I maybe coming to unity for everything now!!
