Ayurvedic Marma Massage - fantastic experience, left feeling extremely refreshed and rejuvenated, mind and body. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Susan is a great teacher. Her weekly classes are tailored to fit people's needs and the way the YTT is given is great, having the flexibility to study online as well as in person classes let me study at my own pace.
I look forward to joining Susan at yoga each week for essential time spent to pause and look after myself. Each class, Susan shapes her class to help us with any muscle tightness or injuries we have while nurturing our mental well-being. I always feel better in both aspects at the end of class.
I highly recommend completing yoga teacher training with Sue Deakin from Unity Yoga Ayurveda. Sue is an inspiring and passionate yoga teacher with many years of experience and so much knowledge to share with her students. I learnt so much over the 6 months I spent training with Sue in 2024 and made some wonderful friends too. The experience was life changing and thanks to Sue's guidance I am now teaching others with confidence. It was the best decision I made, and I can't thank Sue enough for her support and encouragement.
Seeking to enhance flexibility and counteract the postural challenges associated with prolonged sitting, I began attending Susan's yoga classes. Regular participation has yielded significant positive changes in my posture. I appreciate Susan's responsiveness to individual feedback, allowing for targeted focus on specific areas. This ongoing practice has become essential to my wellbeing.
