My experience was actually quite the opposite very friendly people and yes I did have an appt but like any other place I waited and was out of there in 30 minutes. Will be going yearly for my taxes
I had a great experience here and will come back in the future, very friendly staff.The hefty lady that was doing my taxes was so nice , funny and considerate. I told all my coworkers about this place and they are planning to come file their taxes here soon.
If I could give a zero, I would. This place is very unprofessional, from the employees attire to their service. I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this business to anyone. Plus I had to wait a long time even though i had an appointment.
