There needs to be a complete study on the unprofessionalism among the not so knowledgeable representative there. Is obvious that they all work from home you hear everything from television to dogs barking in the background, get different responses every single time. I have had on gun issues for 6 months that has not been resolved yet. Never did I get answers up front of what it all entails for me to do and after my own research and doing everything legally the right way my issue is still not resolved.
