I never visit this location, I bank at another location but I noticed there was a transfer to a loan I didn't have, so I called, the customer service agent was rude and argumentative, after dealing with so much attitude I asked to speak to her manager, (I guess she knew why) so she said yah then she hung up, so I called back I spoke with Cindy her manager, Cindy is a terrible manager, called her to speak about one of her employees who had a bad attitude, Cindy then yelled at me then transfered me, terrible what could have be... read more
The branch on N Tarrant Pkwy is the most pleasant place! The staff greets you from the moment you arrive and are actually interested in you! I find myself smiling when I leave! Best credit union I’ve ever encountered.
