All I need to do is an address change and have to go through a stinking app. What ever happened to customer service and being able to deal with a person. Technology doesn't make it better it makes it clinical and unfriendly.
Unity One has gone down hill. The representatives on the phone are rude and no help at all. Theyno longer offer Zelle, but offer a difficult to use transfer program. Not user friendly at all. Once the "upgraded" their systems, everything has become difficult. I have been a member since I was a child. It's definitely time for a new bank. Dobetter
This bank is off main road quietly hidden. Very good people and excellent service.
