Unity One has gone down hill. The representatives on the phone are rude and no help at all. Theyno longer offer Zelle, but offer a difficult to use transfer program. Not user friendly at all. Once the "upgraded" their systems, everything has become difficult. I have been a member since I was a child. It's definitely time for a new bank. Dobetter

U One always seems to be about a decade or two behind. They recently did a technology upgrade; however I didn’t know about it until it actually happened. And when it happened, I didn’t have access to any of my accounts or call center support for three days. Unity one said that they publicized this technology upgrade, but the efficacy of their communications is questionable.
