U One always seems to be about a decade or two behind. They recently did a technology upgrade; however I didn’t know about it until it actually happened. And when it happened, I didn’t have access to any of my accounts or call center support for three days. Unity one said that they publicized this technology upgrade, but the efficacy of their communications is questionable. no stars. I had $500 per 2 weeks going into Unity One for several years through Bank of America Billpay system as a savings account. May 30 payment was returned to me as if it had "bounced" there were ample funds in BofA account, and ample funds in the Unity One account (~10,000, ~12,000 respectively). BofA sent me proof of payment that the funds were not "bounced" BofA researched and found out that the check they sent to Unity was presented for payment twice after it was paid by BofA.
