Liz is terrible, incredibly rude, dismissive, and will treat you like trash. She will even give you attitude as you hang up after thanking her for doing absolutely nothing! If you are having a great day, CALL LIZ AND SHE WILL RUIN IT! Called about getting charged $175 in NSF fees in the span of 2 weeks and she basically called me broke. THANKS LIZ! glad to a valued member of the predatory credit union
Good luck calling in to get help with something. I dont know if these guys are balancing multiple calls or chats but its like they are there one moment, and then gone a few minutes later even though the call is still going. Even when they are on the phone its just dead silence most of the time. If you dont have anything to say atleast tell me what your doing.
I've been a Unity One customer for many years but my most recent experience has been disappointing. I applied for a loan 6 weeks ago but haven't heard back from them. Craig is unresponsive on the status of our loan application and whether anything else is needed. I have no idea if I should give up and get a loan elsewhere or if our application is still being processed.
