Good luck calling in to get help with something. I dont know if these guys are balancing multiple calls or chats but its like they are there one moment, and then gone a few minutes later even though the call is still going. Even when they are on the phone its just dead silence most of the time. If you dont have anything to say atleast tell me what your doing.
I've been a Unity One customer for many years but my most recent experience has been disappointing. I applied for a loan 6 weeks ago but haven't heard back from them. Craig is unresponsive on the status of our loan application and whether anything else is needed. I have no idea if I should give up and get a loan elsewhere or if our application is still being processed.

Wow this place so I financed my boat with them in 2015 I called the other day to find out payoff and when my note ended ,and things didn’t add up apparently they have sent 4 letters to me that have been returned and I’ve lived at the same address for 20 something years didn’t try to call me or anything and have been adding 1800 dollars a year to my note for 4 years and would have keep doing it had I not have called them and I asked Roy Garcia why didn’t somebody bothers to call me when the mail keep getting returned with a l... read more
