Service at this location has always been great. However, drive-thru banking hours needs to be updated. Drive-thru closes at 5pm but it's listed as closing at 6pm.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Been with this bank for years and just trying to withdraw money the way I've always done was apparently not possible. Rather than telling me if a system changed I was just told "I have 20 years of banking experience" as to express they were right in the conversation. I don't plan to back for a long time and probably will just go to the drive thru. Pursuing different bank options after this recent encounter. What happened to this bank? Use to be great.
***RED FLAG*** AVOID THIS BANK AT ALLL COST!! I can see why this place got such a terrible review for a bank. I called several times all throughout a business every time I was basically speaking with IVR System. The only way to speak with someone is thru customer service and no direct line to the bank. I spoke with the branch manager after a call back, and she was very short with me and blew me off the phone. I thought I would bank here since it's right next to my house. NOPE!!
