Worst customer service over the phone. I booked the appointment 1.5 hours before the scheduled time and clearly mentioned that I would call back if anything changed. After 30 minutes, I called to cancel because an emergency came up. The receptionist was very unprofessional and rude, behaving at her worst level. She was forcing me to pay a $40 cancellation fee without even asking about rescheduling. She was kinda pressuring me to give my credit card details over the phone. This place is a ripoff. After you book appointment you will know its a student and you can’t cancel and of course insurance will not pay because its a student. Cherry on top cancellation fee is 98% of appointment cost.
