Any organization is only as good as the people who make it work, and Unity House of Ithaca has some truly amazing people. Considering the complexity of their various clients, it's a wonder that they keep it together so well and keep things running so smoothly. Of course there is some unavoidable unevenness with dayhab staff, and staff do tend to turn over quickly in some cases (which may be best if the worker isn't suited for this kind of challenging work) but the staff who do stick it out and the administration of Unity Hou... read more
