Unity is amazing!! I’ve been going to aerial yoga throughout my pregnancy and Kerry Ann is an excellent teacher and a wealth of knowledge. Also saw her for pelvic floor. I’m so happy I found this special place. Highly recommend for yoga or therapy!
KerryAnne is AMAZING! She was so patient with our little baby who needed lactation help and therapy for pre/post tongue and lip tie revisions. Our daughter was a bit older when we started the process but we worked hard and KerryAnne helped us every step of the way so that we could achieve our goals. KerryAnn is amazing! We saw her for quite a few things, lactation support, feeding therapy and pre/post tongue tie exercises for my daughter. When we first met KerryAnn our daughter was about 2 months old. Our daughter was very colicky and uncomfortable to the point she was inconsolably crying for multiple hours straight. My Mom asked me to make this review based on 2 visits for Silver Slings classes she attended in the fall during her visit to Hurricane, UT. First of all, she says she is very grateful for the professionalism of the owner and teacher, Kerry Ann. and for the excellent care and support she received both times, she says that KA is in the right profession. I took a class at Unity Health & Welness Yoga studio and it was truly amazing. The instructors were highly skilled and provided clear, thorough instructions on proper technique and safety. The aerial hammocks were new-in great condition and made for a unique and exciting yoga experience. The studio was clean and well-maintained, with a fun and positive energy.
