Poor communication
Unity Business Sense has and continues to be the BEST thing that ever happened for our organization. Our systems organizations, including our back-office systems, financial management processes, ability to offer specialty codes and incentives and track all important documentation(s) for our organization has never been easier. I’m giving this business a 3 based on the fact that they will save you money. However the customer service is horrible, especially if you’re older and not computer savvy. Don’t expect to be respected and you will be lied to. I’m having difficultly getting paper records of 2 years of tax records. They claim they gave them to me when the work was done however I was not given copies. Don’t expect to be treated nicely by this business. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I have had nothing less than a stellar experience dealing with Tonya. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She helped me fix my past years taxes, set up payment plans, helped with my business and personal finances, and has answered every ridiculous question along the way. I have recomended her to anyone that asks me about a tax specialist.
