I had such a profound experience at my first breathwork session, and it was a gift to have been able to experience what I did. I felt safe and I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to be surrounded by such welcoming, open minded people.
Our breath work experience with Megan was wonderful! She held the space beautifully, allowing for many of us to release any fear of judgement and really surrender to the process. I went into this experience hoping to connect with something inside me - I wasn't sure what needed to be heard or if this exercise was going to help with that so I went in with the intention of "I'm just going to try and see what happens" And it happened. I recently took part in my first group breathing session with Unity and it was a deeply cherished experience. Megan, the facilitator created a warm and welcoming environment, encouraging everyone to share their intentions which fostered feelings of true and genuine connection. The session left me feeling deeply connected, not just to myself, but to everyone who was there. I highly recommend a Unity breathwork session to anyone looking to explore breathwork in a supportive, communal setting. I will definitely be back!
