Have been with this bank for over 7 years at least! Now I get paid once a month on SS. If I didn't have enough in my account to pay a bill they covered it because payment was due within 2 days. Now all of a sudden they quit covering overdrafts without notification! Had my house insurance for over 3 years and they decide not to cover overdrafts any longer without notification and it was canceled! I called to inquire the balance of my savings account. The gal I spoke to did not require any identifying information about me. When I told her the account # she quoted me the balance. I find that concerning. Other than this experience Ive been satisfied with Unity Bank North.
