I would never refer or recommend this bank or whatever you call them to anyone. Total lack of leadership, transparency and they participate in borderline unethical behavior. From cars to small business and agriculture their internal processes are NOT costumer friendly . They have outdated staff, business practices and their operational support is far from being adequate.
