Every single time I come to this branch to make it deposit for my Husband there is always some kind of issue. I find their customer service to be lacking. It's like they're giving me a hard time based on their ability to do little. It sure would be nice to come out of there with a smile on my face. However, with those Tellers I don't think it's possible.
The staff at Unity Bank makes even the smallest client feel like a big shot. I am a new business client and work with another large bank. While the other large chain bank has not even contacted me during the Covid-19 out break and the SBA loans, Unity walked me through the process and got me SBA funding. Great service, and everything you would get as a small business from a large bank without the fees. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
