My experience has been terrible My wife died late last year and Scott refuses to give me any information on closing her bank account I have sent follow up emails there response is to call you and try t o talk me out of doing anything they said the money in gge account will simply disappear after 7 years so I don't have to do anything the last conversation with Scott and an I there lady she agreed to send me a list of what they required but 6 weeks later no communications. Waste of time. Pretend they offer loans to Centrelink recipients for a car but this is a blatant lie. Just another deceptive and arrogant lender who think they're better than everyone else. Unhelpful and cruel. Do not recommend. Poor service and rude. Don't waste your time or energy with them if you're on Centrelink. Even with hundreds of dollars left over to service a loan easily, they still knock you back. The financial system in this country is state-sanctioned discrimination, torture, punishment and cruelty.
