Most archaic bank ever. They acquired my old credit unit and was forced to go with them. The ‘new updated’ app is so basic and unhelpful, you have to ‘choose’ to use Osko for fast transactions. You can’t request a card online you have to download a PDF, fill it in and send it back like it’s 2015. When you call, you’re in the queue for over 15 mins at a time and then it rings and rings until it rings out because no one picks up. You can’t self service and you can’t call them. So poor.
This bank did not have it's act together enough to be able to send me a simple text message (even when I rang them about it). I had a lot of money to deposit with them, but decided to take my business elsewhere due to their incompetence.
