3/2/26 - My wife and I just opened accounts at this Unity Bank branch. Ghazala A (Asst Branch Mgr) was very efficient and set every thing up for us. While a lot of our banking is done online, it is still convenient to have a local branch to work with.
I really only like to give 5 star reviews. But after being a customer here for years I really don’t like how I was treated recently. Last week I had a distressing situation and I went to this branch for help. Eric was very kind and willing to help (hence the 3rd star. Otherwise it would be 2) However his manager would not give me the time of day. Re-financed for a loan, was accepted and ready to close with title and committment in hand. Within 1 hour of closing terms were changed, and all funds to STAY IN THEIR BANK. MUST STAY IN THEIR BANK. Then they wouldn't close with my money to go to my personal account. If you don't stay here loan was closed. All money paid to them should be returned to me. 8+K they are not retruning. Once money is refunded will remove this review. I will never bank at this bank, and make sure all terms are in writing at the beginning of loans.
