The people who work at this branch are absolutely professional, lovely, and helpful. I can't say the same for the people they rely on for support that they can only contact over email and relay endless misinformation. I had to visit this bank twice to close a very straightforward estate account in both times I had to spend hours and argue back and forth explaining the law.
