Great bank and great people
The people who work at this branch are absolutely professional, lovely, and helpful. I can't say the same for the people they rely on for support that they can only contact over email and relay endless misinformation. I had to visit this bank twice to close a very straightforward estate account in both times I had to spend hours and argue back and forth explaining the law. Everything finally worked out, but the corporate email communication is bizarre, you are leaving your people standing in front of customers unable to help... read more
