I was shopping for rates at different banks. I came in to get information for savings account. Ninette greeted me with a bright smile. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions. I didn't bother to call the other two banks on my list. I decided to open the account at Unity bank, mostly because of my interaction with Ninette. Thank you for exceptional service.
The staff of the South Plainfield branch are some of the nicest people in banking. Ever since I started banking with them a few months ago, I have consistently had nothing but positive experience.
