This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank. I came in to withdraw my own money, provided all the information they requested, and was made to wait for hours, only to be told they could not give me my funds. The entire process was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before banking here.

She answered all my questions. I didn't bother to call the other two banks on my list. I decided to open the account at Unity bank, mostly because of my interaction with Ninette.
