Today my mother, sister and myself met with Neetu Singh of Unity Bank. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She answered all our questions. Neetu stayed past the bank’s closing time to accommodate us.

I am a long time customer of the bank with personal and business accounts. Few days ago I was in the bank and I did not receive the service I did before. The tellers are not friendly and not willing to help immediately. One was on her personal cell phone and the Indian teller was rude. Katherine and Hiral are always friendly and willing to assist. Hope things change.
