Any banking institution that allows someone to come in and forge a signature of an account owner that is NOT present, and make himself a joint owner of an account, with an added bonus of an ATM card should be shut down! Shame on you!! The FDIC has been notified. Stay away from this bank

I thought that being a customer for 14 years would count for something, but not, apparently to Cynda. While investigating my belief that a charge to my account was fraudulent, she took the word of a dubious company which stated the charge was for a purchase when in fact the item was a free "gift" for responding to a Walmart survey. I left repeated messages for her to call me to discuss the situation but instead she chose to ignore my calls and thus treat me in a rude and condescending manner. I would never refer or reference this bank to anyone. Total lack of leadership, transparency and they participate in boarder line unethical behavior. It is almost, as if it's expected throughout their internal processes . If you have the ability to go elsewhere, don't hesitate, do it. If you are currently banking with them, leave. Especially the Pierz location and Crosby location. Their senior lenders in car, small business and agriculture are are down right scammers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or give them your MONEY! I told Diane the bank manager I live one month a year in Thailand. I told her in the past I have had trouble with my card being shut off when traveling. She said she would open it up for all countries. Obviously forgot because again I stuck half way around the world with a useless card, no real way to get in contact without spending a fortune.
