United Credit Union has always been helpful, but their business hours are very inconvenient for working people!!! They are only open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, which makes it extremely difficult to visit the bank since most people are already at work by 9 and don’t get off until 5, when the bank is already closed. It would be much more convenient if they stayed open until 6 PM or had Saturday hours, even just until noon.

I have officially report Unitus Credit a union to Washington State DFI, attorney general the NCUA and the CFPB for deceptive practices. I urge every single one of you to check your statements if you are already banking with them, and if you are not find a different credit union.
