They charged me a $10 fee to open a savings account and didn't tell me until I'd signed the paperwork and they had my cash in their drawer. A lesson to me to not assume credit unions are free and to ask ahead next time!
Deposited my check here and had an issue where they won't accept it and I won't get it back for a couple of weeks, so my mortgage payment didn't go through and now I'm late on my mortgage. I will never use them again 0/10 stars
great staff that needs their boss to better support them to offer 4% without $2,500cap plus some free check(s) option, 1 sheet or cashier's per month that I can get elsewhere :/
I had ongoing issues with Unitus for a few months due to technical problems that neither branch staff nor customer service over the phone could resolve. Itzel from the Gresham branch went above and beyond by reaching out and resolving the issue within just a few hours. She also informed me about a virtual teller option at the ATM, which is especially helpful since the branch is closed on Saturdays.
