Great company to work with ! We needed some serious long term storage for a remodeling project at 2 of our stores and Steve made it happen. They were extremely helpful/flexible with placement and pickup. Highly recommend !
Shoutout to Units, for such a smooth and easy experience. Steve was awesome to work with and made scheduling and delivery incredibly simple from start to finish. The delivery itself was just as great—Julian was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. Everything went exactly as planned. A seamless process all around. rented for 2 years from them. This was my second time renting. Never had an issue. Then my pay date changed and they could not change my payment date so my payment was always late. On top of that I keep all of my cards locked so he would run my card but then need to call so I can unlock. Everytime I said I would pay I paid. it was 300 per month for 2 years I rented. Previously they had my things for over a year. I just called for moving not storage and he said he cant rent to me because my card declined previously. How ever ... read more
