Frank at Thompson Moving and Units worked seamlessly together to plan the delivery, packing, moving, pod pick up and storage of my precious father’s belongings. I felt the price of the containers was very reasonable and the team in the Houston, TX area, where we moved from, was fantastic. They were very responsive to my questions and needs and everything went very smooth. On the destination side, Phoenix, AZ, they were also good, but I didn't interact with them as much. The one thing I liked in Houston was I got a text message when the driver was on the way and it had a tracking link. They didn't have this on the Phoenix side. When I called to book my move, I asked the person on the phone from Units if they had any recommendations, and they did and they gave me a few names of companies to call. One of those companies was Thompson Moving, where I spoke with Frank, the owner. And that recommendation from Units, was spot on, these guys did an incredible job of moving me out of my apartment.
