Very clean Units storage container. Driver communicated his arrival time, and showed up exactly on time. Excellent communications.
I hate that they are going out of business. They were very professional and polite. They also worked with you when you couldn't pay the bill in full.
This review is long overdue. I used units because of their pricing and wonderful customer service. I love consistency and absolutes. They definitely deliver on that. There’s two brothers that generally answered the phone until recently when I spoke to a young lady named Lauren, who was just as great.
