Company has no contact number. Doesn't reply to emails. Still haven't received SMS to book delivery after 2 week. Literally live 35 minutes away. Terrible company.
Disgraceful delivery company. After 2 failed attempts at delivering my sofa, the second time to be up the fire stairwell (to which they were communicated prior and I had building manager permission) it was left on the ground floor of my unit complex and they said they’d come back the next day to sort it out. “We are ONLY delivery guys.” That’s the answer we got for all our questions. Arranged delivery between 9am to 12pm and called us 8:15am and said they will arrive in 15 minutes (a month late from the original date due to ‘problem with the AU customs’). Problem is we bought a bed and we planned to put away the old one first thing in the morning, this left us about 10 mins to do so.
