We initially received satisfactory services from this organisation for my ageing mother before she moved to a nursing home. However, since her move, we have repeatedly contacted them regarding continued invoicing and direct debits for services that are no longer required. Despite informing them multiple times and requesting a refund for the debited amounts, they have ignored our communications and continue to debit our account. Excellent facility very modern, lovely views from many of the rooms. Friendly caring staff. Many activities to keep the residents occupied. We have seen many residential care homes over the past few years, as we have had family members and some friends residing in various homes. West Lakes would be the best that we have seen. The nursing staff, carers and Lifestyle and management are fantastic and all approachable. My Mother is 97 and well looked after
