My mother has been here since December 2016 and I have had nothing but trouble re her care since she has been there. She is bed based after suffering a stroke and so is high care. Time and time and time again I have asked them to clean her teeth and dentures. Finally it has happened. Between the neglect of her oral hygiene and her teeth being belted with cutlery while she is being fed, her tooth shattered and the crown fell off.
