Overall my experience with UnitingSA has been very good. Although their seems to be a lack of response regarding the Occupational therapist & the Physiotherapists. I have asked on numerous occasions for a text message or messages I have not ever even received one, confirming my appointments with the OC or the Physio. I realise, everyone is busy, particularly, the Festive Season. But surely a text message, is not too much to ask for. Thank you
