I would never ever recommend UnitingCare for any elderly person who lives at home. They are heavily overpriced and charged commission when you don’t buy from their preferred supplier. They never send you the same cleaner and many are inexperienced. Toilet duck is used for the toilet bowel. I had one cleaner use it for the toilet seat.
