I am very impressed with the care of my friend who is now receiving palliative care. Staff are attentive caring and always willing to assist. The premises are clean the food quite good (I have eaten it) and under difficult circumstances they always seem to provide help with a smile. I have seen other places and this is on the top of my list. I like the way the aged care facilities are on each floor and have their own personal laundries and the open kitchen area for personal use. I am doing my first ever google review because I believe people need to be aware of this nursing home before making important decisions, we all know you can’t judge a book by its cover, the facility looks fantastic and is less than two years old but the level of care they provide is so disappointing, I remember very clearly that I visited my dad right after first lock down, his finger nails were at least 5 mm long, unfortunately my dad passed away two weeks ago, about 18 months after entering the nursing home, my family and ... read more

lovely facilities, but were ageist. i travelled via public transport, with arrival to unwelcoming people who sho’od me off.
