I am doing my first ever google review because I believe people need to be aware of this nursing home before making important decisions, we all know you can’t judge a book by its cover, the facility looks fantastic and is less than two years old but the level of care they provide is so disappointing, I remember very clearly that I visited my dad right after first lock down, his finger nails were at least 5 mm long, unfortunately my dad passed away two weeks ago, about 18 months after entering the nursing home, my family and ... read more
lovely facilities, but were ageist. i travelled via public transport, with arrival to unwelcoming people who sho’od me off.
