Pretty good service fast and friendly wouldn’t recommend getting ready at the shop small bathroom besides that it was nice they also have everything you need for a wedding

This company is great until you have a problem. I asked for Lacey to call me as soon as the 4 post arbor did not hold up and now here we are 6 weeks later and still have not had a return call yet. They are not friendly once they get your money and are not willing to make things right. Do not recommend!
Working with The Wedding Shop was the biggest issue we had in planning our wedding. We even lost our venue 6 weeks prior and it was forgettable compared to the customer service we received here. The lack of communication was a problem. A few weeks prior to our wedding we called to set up a delivery and pick up time for our items. We were told that there was an all inclusive wedding that morning so we wouldn't receive our items until 2pm. Amazing! We had been planning our wedding for a year and they were so helpful throughout the entire process. Leading up to the big day, they emailed us with detailed confirmations and made sure that everything was exactly what we were wanting. On our wedding day, they were prompt and helpful and excited to set everything up according to the local beach regulations and our preferences. Their staff has been so lovely and I'm so glad they did such a great job! Thank you guys! :)
