This Uniting Church home for the elderly in Singleton New South Wales is simply amazing. Both in service and of course whats on offer to make sure the ones you love are treated with respect and dignity and can enjoy their mature years to the max. The staff are incredible and if you need anything out of the ordinary they are only too happy to please. The complex is modern and has all the services that a 5 star hotel would offer. Lovely place, lovely people.
I can't believe the problems I have experienced form that place ! Off flowers in the room not once but 2 times. I far as I know mould in a bedroom is not good !
My nanna was a short term palliative care resident recently & I cannot fault the facility. The STAFF are all friendly & kind & happy to answer questions when asked. They provided us with extra cutlery & cups when we brought food in some of Nan's favourite foods & drinks for us to share with her. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
