My Uncle Kevin is living there at the moment.I can't speak highly enough of the home or his care.The place is immaculate, the carers lovely.Weekend carers and week day staff also. Lovely staff,lovely premises. Very,very happy.
I live in Wollongong and my mum is in full care at Bupa. Very disappointed in their phone communication to speak to my mum . Some days they don't pick up? Other times it takes 5 minutes to get through to carers. I try and ring mum every 2nd day but can go up to 4 days before hearing her voice. Very frustrating I would like to Thank Jenny at reception today for getting me to speck to my mum. Have been trying for several days. The carers on the other phone line wont pick up.
