I live in Wollongong and my mum is in full care at Bupa. Very disappointed in their phone communication to speak to my mum . Some days they don't pick up? Other times it takes 5 minutes to get through to carers. I try and ring mum every 2nd day but can go up to 4 days before hearing her voice. Very frustrating I would like to Thank Jenny at reception today for getting me to speck to my mum. Have been trying for several days. The carers on the other phone line wont pick up. I've been here a few times to visit my dad. All the staff are always so friendly, caring and accommodating. Facilities are always clean and well looked after.. They are always doing wonderful activities and bus trips with the residents.. Such a feel good facility many now call home
