This is a well run home, with caring staff. They cared for my mother-in-law for 3 years, and honoured her in death.
Do not put your love one in Uniting Berry. Tomorrow I have made a decision to take my complaint further because my dad has been moved to another home that feeds them meals that no elderly should be eating. Don't be fooled by this home. Ask for evidence on everything. I will be calling tomorrow morning, I have seen enough. Ask to see the art and craft, see if they actually go on trips and even church.
