Honestly I was pretty upset with united one until I spoke with Dawn. I’ve always had excellent experiences with united one. I had some chargers that were on my account I was unaware of was told by other representatives that there’s nothing they could do and what they could do was very little. Dawn contacted me and took care of the issue. I’ve been with united one for a while now and they continue to do right by their account holders.
