Several days ago I published a rather harsh review based upon an experience I had while applying for an auto loan. My complaint and review brought an immediate response and pledge By Baxter Credit Union to make this bad experience be good. Several of Baxter's employees went out of their way to address what was probably an issue only by mistake but would have left a lasting image and bitterness.
