What a great company! Dave and Dean were fantastic. I found them through a recommendation by a neighbour and couldn't be more pleased. Dave clearly takes his customers needs seriously and his customer service is second to none. I had replacement windows all round the house about 3 years ago. It was an excellent job. Very pleased. Thought I wrote a review at that time, but cannot see it. So here it is now.
Extremely poor communication levels. We moved into a new home almost 2 years ago. Unfortunately the seal around the bifold doors in the kitchen had become twisted and needed to be replaced and we were advised to use the company that did the original install, United Windows.
