Absolutely terrible move of household goods. Pickup crew was hours late, larger items + art was entirely unprotected other than using moving blankets which resulted in a bunch of damage. This included a fragile glass display case that was shattered due to not being protected at all except for a moving blanket. Overall, a complete lack of professionalism and an uncaring and lazy crew/supervisor on the pickup crew. Delivery later on was fine.

Just got ran off the road by this guy, I can see why his truck has so much damage he can't drive!!!! United Van lines needs to retrain their drivers they are very unsafe!!!

Our family used their parent company to move across the country in 1989. The team we started out with, Grand Junction, was great. They initially moved our 400+ paintings this spring. We thought we would be in good hands for our residential move across the country. We were in a remote location that would require a shuttle van. Thanks to the expansion of Call-a-Ride, now even veterans who has served in the military ever since the Korean war could work for this company. With trucks the way they are built these days, we could even have the older guys serve as the truck drivers since nowdays, you don't have to shift gears while driving the truck and the truck cabs have all the bells and whistles that older trucks didn't have.
