A man named Peter keeps spamming my voicemail telling me that their company has availability for my upcoming move. I never even called this company but had requested information 1.5 months ago online for a national moving registry and already contracted with a different company. When I placed this request, United spammed me for days, even though I prompted out via text. I would never use this company again. They baited and switched us charging more than twice what was quoted. We could not change our plans because we had to be at work in another state in a few days. The sub contracting movers ruined a lot of our furniture with brown tape on everything like my very expensive glass top desk. some how water got in the gas tank of my ATV. Had to have a guy on the phone translate to Russian or something like that.
These guys have been great from start to finish. Good pricing and no hidden fees. Highly recommend.
Warning: AVOID UNITED VAN LINES AT ALL COSTS – Deliberate Tampering, Privacy Violation & Massive Destruction! This was the worst moving experience imaginable and feels like outright sabotage. After 2 previous moves with Ed Scott at Liberty Van Lines/United Van Lines’ crew intentionally and recklessly tampered with my personally sealed boxes consisting of gowns, suits, high-end items we personally packed/sealed – they cut them open, inserted heavy items like boxes and chairs at the bottom, then didn’t even reseal the bottom. ... read more
